Raising Your Vibration

I cannot emphasis how important it is to be focusing on increasing your frequency as we head towards some intense cosmic and timeline shifts.

Here are some ways to raise your vibration, shift your consciousness and create a new reality.


1. Clean water

Remove fluoride from your life, from water & toothpaste. Your pineal gland (or third eye) which is said to be the seat of your soul becomes calcified by fluoride, so it is important to remove your exposure to this. Awakening your third eye allows you to open to your intuitive sensibility and inner perception. Opening your third eye also opens your ability to manifest.


2. Meditation

Become conscious of your thoughts. Everything you think, say, or feel becomes your reality. Visualise the highest possible timeline for humanity.


3. Nature

Grounding barefoot on the Earth, be by the ocean, get some sun.


4. Plant based foods

Remove meat from your diet, anything dead is a dense lower vibration. Eat biodynamic or organic where possible.


5. Purpose

Living into your purpose – your soul contract fulfilment. A sense of purpose is one of the best health tonics.  If we forget who we are and lose sight and consciousness of our goals, we can become ill. Vedic astrology is a great tool to discover this.


6. Kindness

Practice acts of kindness. The universal law of oneness states that as we learn and grow, we learn that we are all connected, setting our vibrational frequency higher and higher can have an extremely positive influence on the collective.


7. Gratitude

Practice acts of gratitude for what you have.

8. Movement

Bringing prana (lifeforce energy) into the body to remove stagnation.


9. Sound Vibration

Mantras. If you are feeling drained, one of the quickest and simplest way to increase your mental energy and your vibration is through Vedic Mantras. Mantras are used heavily in Vedic Astrology as a remedy for moving and working with energy. These ancient mantras not only create peace and silence in the mind but also energise it.


10. Conscious Beauty

With our skin being our largest organ we need to be conscious on what we are putting on our skin.


11. Crystals

Crystalline consciousness infused with the earth healing energy.


12. Purification

Daily sweating, detoxing, infrared sauna (removed heavy metals), lemon water in the morning, self-massage (abhyanga).


13. Removing

Non essential drugs including sugar & alcohol, this is a poison and displaces your aura.


14. Joy & Play

Make time to do things that make you happy, laugh, being around people who love and support you.


15. Enjoying Your Leisure Being Sociable

Unplug from your devices, connect to yourself and the present moment.


16. Decluttering

Vastu shastra (Indian fengshui) is the Vedic science of space, that creates a constant flow of positive cosmic energy – making sure your spaces our clutter free to remove any stagnant energy.
